1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
Items can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
Exchanges are allowed only if the product is defective, incorrect, or not as shown.
Items without any issues are not eligible for exchange.
Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required for all exchanges.
2. Exchange Process:

 within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
Our customer service representative will guide you through the exchange process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if required.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging along with a copy of the purchase receipt and the RA number clearly marked on the package.
3. Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending the item for an exchange, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact our customer service team immediately at splashoffical123@gmail.com
We will provide instructions for sending the item back and arrange for a replacement at no extra cost, including return shipping.
5. Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygiene reasons, items such as underwear, swimwear, and accessories (excluding defective items) cannot be exchanged.
Items marked as “Sale” are not eligible for exchange unless defective or incorrect.
6. Policy Changes:
